AMAZING FAMILY RAN BUSINESS WITH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you to Debbie, Vince and the rest of the staff who made my daughters 1st birthday memorable not only for our guests but for my whole family as well. I've personally done business with their company for years, but never had a need for their services until now. I was absolutely blown away by how easy the whole process was, from online booking and payments to their professional installation and pick up. The staff member who set everything up had no problem doing this during a monsoon, he still took time to show me how everything worked and went over safety items with me. Our party will go down in the history books of every parent who attended for "THE BEST NIGHTS' SLEEP AFTER A PARTY" (for the parents because the kids knocked out haha). We rented the CRAYOLA MINI COMBO which had kids from 3-8 and they never got tired of jumping or using the built in slide for hours. I highly recommend Air Castles And Slides, LLC for all your party needs, I will 100% rent for them again and pass their info along to anyone in need of having the best party ever!

Don't be like me. Don't put off trying to find an inflatable until the last-minute. That said, in desperation, I reached out to Air Castles and Slides, LLC for help. Even though she was unsure at first she could supply our needs, Debbie, the owner, took time with me to figure out what kind of items would work best for the maximum number of people in our group to enjoy, and even if she might be unable to provide it, how to find other reputable providers. Once we were able to establish that this company could support our event, she walked us through everything necessary to make it a successful event. The company is extremely safety-conscious, which was a huge plus for me. The fact that Debbie is on an official state commission for amusement ride safety just sealed it for me. The supervisor training videos, on how to keep things safe and fun for everyone, were excellent. On the day of delivery, they arrived when they said they would. They were friendly and worked well with our volunteers waiting to lend a hand. Debbie herself was there, just to ensure everything was going smoothly. They were ready to pick up at the end of our event, though we didn't feel the slightest bit "pushed". Everyone we interacted with in the company, from my first call to the trucks pulling away at the end, was clearly committed to making sure their products would create a fun and safe experience for all. I highly recommend them, and I plan to make them my first call when we have our event again next year.

I had the pleasure to speak to Debbie and although they do not service my area she took the time out of her day to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction I needed to go. Good customer service and satisfaction is definitely this companies goal and it was provided to me even without my business!

I called for some information on renting an inflatable for a school event. I spoke with a woman named Debbie who told me they do not do school events any longer. I can’t express how much time she spent with me guiding me how to go about finding a reputable place that we can use. There was nothing in this for her as she was not getting the business. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Safe, personable, clean, friendly. They talked me through the whole process, were readily available and Debbie is extremely easy to work with. Will definitely be using them again!

We are in this for the long haul making positive memories that let your birthday child know deep in their bones and head that their family loves them, came to their backyard and celebrated with them - no strangers were in their backyard - only loving family and friends! It matters deeply and helps build well adjusted young people. Our staff understand that for this party, for this family on this date, we are making permanent memories. The children we serve do not have to share us with anyone as far as they are concerned we come for ONLY their party! We make positive permanent memories and keep everyone safe! I used this company twice and both were last minute orders. They were fabulous. The deliver driver was the sweetest man. I will be order from them again very soon!

This is one amazing and accommodating company. I had five days to get an inflatable for 450 kids! Debbie Henderson was the ONLY one who could meet my needs in such a short time. She was caring, understanding,honest, reliable and patient. I honestly loved working with her so much that I asked if she could come with the delivery as I truly wanted to hug her. The day of, they arrived on time and everyone was incredibly professional. My kids LOVED the two inflatables they delivered and I so look forward to using her for future events.

I had spoken to Debbie over the course of a few weeks, first for an initial quote and later on to go over more questions I had. I appreciated that she took a lot of time to patiently answer my questions and also offered advice on what inflatables would work best for my event. I initially called wanting to order a bounce house, but after describing my event she suggested better alternatives for my attendees. What really made them stand out against the other companies was that I could feel they placed the safety of my kids (and parents) first. So I trust we will be in good hands.

This has to be the absolute best company to deal with. Our family has been renting bounce houses from them for over 5-6 years . Each time at least twice a year. The equipment is always in top form , clean in appearance and always she appropriate. If you have any questions, you can be sure to receive an email or even a phone from a helpful staff member. I guarantee after you do your first rental you will always come back year after year . Oh and don't forget they have a loyalty program. The more you rent the better your percentage of discount is. I can not say enough about this family run business, they are the best !

Nicole Nettune sent us this photo of two preschool tables joined together under the table cloth and 14 preschool chairs she rented from Air Castles. She explained how at her daughter's party the girls loved the table and sat down for conversation a few times. The tables and chairs always bring that 'something extra special' to girl, boy or mixed parties for children! Great for kids 3 years up to 7 or 8 years old. Order some childrens tables and chairs for your next party! We have adult tables and chairs too.

After doing hours and hours of research I finally found a reputable company that had what I wanted for my son's bday party! I was unable to find the Finding Nemo themed combo bounce house anywhere until I stumbled upon AirCastleRentals.com. The lady who answered my call was really helpful in navigating me through their website and explaining the different options for me. I booked the 4 in 1 Combo Finding Nemo bounce house along with a cotton candy machine. I will definitely use this company again in the future and will refer to my friend

[5 Stars] I have rented with Air Castles and Slides once before and have a second upcoming party booked with them. The owner is always there to answer any question I had and they have so many bounce house to choose from. I love that they put the safety of the children as their highest priority. The kids in my family are my world and I want them to have fun but I don't want them hurt.

Just wanted to drop a note to say what a pleasure it was to deal with Air Castles and Slides.

From filling out the request for information form, to speaking with your office on the phone, to the bouncer set-up and disassembly, everything was efficient, easy and professional. Every one I spoke with was friendly, and took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

On the day of the party, the bouncer and attendant turned up at 11:00 am on the nose and were set up in no time. Our attendant, Kyle, was as nice with the kids as he could have been, while at the same time monitoring their behavior while in the bouncer and keeping them in line. We realized the safety of all the children was his main concern when he pulled our overly rambunctious nephew, Matthew, out for rough behavior (trust me, it's not the first time Matthew has been sidelined, and it won't be the last ).

We will absolutely use Air Castles and Slides again, and will highly recommend you to our family and friends.

Thank you for yet another successful partnership with Air Castles and Slides.

All events of this scope have so many items to consider and worry about. Engaging multiple agencies to appear, setup, monitor the public - the list goes on. There is one component I never need to worry about. You provide a clear, detailed contract, show up early with a fully capable setup crew, ensure the site is safe and suitable. During our event, the safety and priorities of children are primary. Your staff is totally focused on the children during the entire event. Entry to the jump is by specific age group- I never thought of that. "The scene is safe", a phrase all fire fighters [and parents] want to hear. At the end of the day, the truck returns, everything is packed leaving the grounds exactly like before.

From a promotional viewpoint, your slide was the perfect roadside eye grabber. The attached fire truck banner was perfect.

Please consider this an enthusiastic endorsement of your company, the multi-featured jump rides, setup and an incredible scene staff.

I just wanted to say thank you for such a professional and well run company. The rental process was easy, efficient and well worth it. The online training was very helpful.

I read the material and thankfully was well prepared when we lost power. The castle began to deflate and parents panicked. However, as a Certified Supervisor (which I bragged about the entire party), I was able to keep the parents calm while having enough time to get the kids out safely.

Prior to the outage, parents teased that I had to take a test and I was so serious about my whistle, after the incident, we all appreciated my ability to handle the situation calmly.

Thanks for the great party. Everything was fantastic. My daughter was so happy with her communion party, she cried at the end when she knew the guys were coming to get the 5 in 1. She loved everything and so did her guests. The cotton candy was great and the snow cones also. Delivery was fantastic, getting the chairs and tables in plenty of time to set up was a great plus. It made everything go so much more smoothly. I didn't get my whistle though, but I had one of my own anyway. Luckily I did not need it, the kids were so happy to have the moonwalk they listened to the rules with out a hitch. I guess no one wanted to be removed for bad behavior. Thanks so much, I am sure we will be using your services again in the future. I have recommended you to all of my friends and family.
